Anya Neistat on the future of international criminal justice: Naming and shaming is no longer enough

InterJust President Anya Neistat sat down with Wayamo to discuss the evolution of international criminal justice and the growing shift in the documentation field from traditional human rights advocacy to documentation aimed at criminal prosecution.

The veteran legal practitioner reflects on the limits of “naming and shaming” in today’s political climate, explains the different stages in InterJust´s documentation work, and elaborates on the promise of universal jurisdiction in the region.
